- Don’t Delay! Ticket Numbers are Limited
Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are numbered and sold in numerical order. For certain concerts, the number on your ticket will determine the order you enter the concert venue. Ticket sales will end for each event when it reaches its capacity.
Receiving Tickets

- Tickets bought online can be issued at Seven Eleven convenience stores in Japan. If you don’t live in Japan, you can collect your ticket(s) from EC Box Office at Harbour Market when you arrive at EC.
- Tickets reserved by phone via Kodo Ticket Service before July 31 will be sent to you before EC. (Addresses in Japan only) Tickets reserved by phone from Aug. 1 onwards, or by anyone from overseas, will be available for pickup from EC Box Office at Harbour Market when you arrive at EC.
- Tickets will be issued for Harbour Market Concerts, EC Theatre, Tatakokan Special Events, and Lecture & Demonstration events.
- For workshops, participants will receive a proof of purchase slip. Please bring it to the workshop. Staff will check your name on the participant list before you enter the venue.
- During EC period
During EC, tickets can be collected or purchased at EC Box Office at Ogi Port Park from Aug. 16 (Fri) through 18 (Sun), 9:00– 19:30. (Update)

Important Notice Regarding EC Tickets
- Changes and cancellations to ticket orders are not possible after payment has been received or processed.
- Replacement tickets (for lost tickets, etc.) will not be provided under any circumstances.
Wait Lists
EC events do not have waitlists. If payment for a ticket order is not received in time, the ticket(s) will automatically become available for others to purchase online. Please check Kodo Ticket Service Reservation Site for availability or contact Kodo Ticket Service.
