VOLUNTEER AT EC (Applications Closed)
We are seeking volunteers to assist festival staff with various tasks at EC. If you can work all three days, or you can speak foreign languages, we would really appreciate your help.
Applications have now closed for 2019. Thank you very much to all the applicants! We will contact everyone by July 11 (Thu) with the selection results.
Volunteer Tasks
Volunteers can offer to assist with merchandise sales, workshop reception, and cleaning duties at event venues. (See the Application Form for further details)

Application Guidelines
- Application Period
May 1 (Wed)–Jun. 15 (Sat)*
*Applications must be received by this date- Volunteering Period
Aug. 16 (Fri)–Aug 18. (Sun)
(We may ask you to attend an information session on Aug. 15 (Thu))
- Compensation
Volunteers are not paid but may receive meals or a meal allowance depending on their shift(s).
*Please arrange your own concert tickets, transport, and accommodations- Selection Notice
We will contact applicants by July 11 (Thu) to let them know if their assistance is required.
*Please note that:
1. We cannot accept all applicants as volunteers.
2. Earth Celebration Committee cannot accept any responsibility for any incidents/accidents that are not covered by the insurance arranged for volunteers at EC.- Application Method
