Important Announcement for Everyone Planning to Attend Earth Celebration 2019.
Typhoon #10 (Krosa) is forecast to move north along the Sea of Japan on August 16. With safety as a top priority, Earth Celebration Committee is preparing for the outdoor Harbour Market Concerts and other events with added measures for typhoon-related weather conditions.
Anyone traveling to Sado Island for EC should consider arriving by Thursday Aug. 15 (the day before EC begins), as ferry services are subject to cancelation when there are rough seas and high waves.
Furthermore, if any concerts are canceled before commencing, ticket holders will receive a refund.
*Please note that refunds will not be available if a concert is cancelled after the performance commences.
*Please note that if a concert is held, tickets can not be refunded due to transport circumstances (such as ferry cancellations, etc.).
